I stamped the Hero Arts image onto patterned paper, using Iris chalk ink from Hero Arts. After adding color with Copics, I added Flower Soft to the flower centers and the leaves. I cut around part of the image and stitched it onto black card stock. Mounted it onto the card base and voila! I've entered this into this month's contest at Hero Arts, under the "Hello" card category.
I love this floral image and plan to play with it a bit more!
Winter has returned to our part of the world! But we will be warm and cozy in the concert hall attending "Celtic Women", a birthday present for my husband! I think we will call it Valentine's Day, too, considering the price of the tickets!
Hope you are having a wonderful weekend! Thanks for stopping by!

Just gorgeous, Judy! I love how you stamped on patterned paper--so clever! It looks so dramatic against the black, too. Hope you're having a good weekend! Keep warm!
Love the way you used the paper, Judy! The Etched Flowers look gorgeous! Beautiful card! :)
Love this Judy. I just got this stamp and love it.... Plus I am so jealous about you getting to see "Celtic Women". I love listening to their CD when I'm on my own.
