Shari Carroll is the muse on the Case Study Challenge blog this week. I admit to having serious problems making a card "inspired by". I tend to be very literal and my card is more of a copy than an inspired by!
So, out of my comfort zone I go. This is the card Shari created:
And this is the card I made:
|30-243 Amazing; 30-225 Petal Power; 40-206 Glory of Modesty; 30-113 Petal Party; 30-206 Rose Edgings; 51-006 Flutters; 51-002 Leaves|
I look at this card now and wonder what took me more than 8 hours to put this together. The background has stayed the same from the first version to the last, but all elements in between have been changed and rearranged endlessly. I told you this wasn't easy for me!!
All in all, I am happy that I stuck with it. Now to enter it in the challenge before the deadline!!
I plan to sit outdoors in the hot July temperatures for at least a part of this day. I think you are supposed to be hot on the 4th of July!!
Thanks for the visit! You can check out the details for the Case Study Challenge here.
